I Invested ₺3000 on CoinPayments but My Funds Never Arrived

I recently invested ₺3000 on CoinPayments, expecting the transaction to be processed smoothly. However, the funds never showed up in my account. I’ve waited patiently and double-checked everything, but my balance still reflects nothing.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of support—there’s no live chat, no helpful response, no solution offered. Every time I try to reach someone, I hit a dead end. How can a platform that handles money not have a functioning support system? This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I demand a full investigation and immediate resolution. If my money isn’t going to reflect in my account, I expect a full refund without delay. CoinPayments needs to take this matter seriously and stop ignoring paying users.
