I Can’t Get My Bicity Token Refund from CoinPayments After Failed Payment

I made a payment through CoinPayments to purchase Bicity token, but the transaction was never approved. When I reached out to request a refund, they asked for my wallet address and TXID. I submitted both exactly as required, but their system keeps claiming the information is incorrect, and as a result, I still can’t get my money back.
On top of that, I can’t even access my account anymore because the password reset link never arrives in my email. I’ve been locked out and completely stuck without any way to resolve this.
This situation is unacceptable. I demand that CoinPayments immediately verify my refund request and return my funds. I also request that they fix the password reset issue so I can regain access to my account.
