I Can’t Withdraw My $35 from CoinPayments for Over a Year Due to KYC Issues

I have $35 stuck in my CoinPayments account for over a year, and I still haven’t been able to withdraw it. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. Every attempt to get assistance leads nowhere.

I even tried converting the funds to another coin so I could withdraw that way, but the platform demands KYC verification. The issue is that the KYC process never completes—I’m given three verification options, and one of them constantly fails, blocking the entire process.

It’s unacceptable that such a well-known platform is holding my funds hostage over a broken KYC system. I demand immediate action: either fix the verification process or let me withdraw my money without further delay.
