I Sent 50€ in BTC via CoinPayments but It Never Reached My Account




I sent 50€ worth of BTC to a CoinPayments account, transferring it directly from my Binance wallet. While the amount was successfully deducted from Binance, the transaction never showed up in my CoinPayments account. It has now been days, and the transaction is marked as “failed” on the CoinPayments platform.
This is not a small amount, and I feel completely ignored and scammed. I have screenshot proof of the transfer from Binance as well as the failed transaction status on CoinPayments. I’m reaching out in every possible way, but there is no clear support or guidance provided by CoinPayments on how to resolve this issue.
I urgently request that CoinPayments investigate this missing BTC transfer and either credit it to my account or issue a full refund immediately.
