Zepeto Account Hacked After Codashop Purchases
I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Zepeto account on my Android device. This morning, when I opened the Zepeto app, I received a message that my account was lost and that I needed to log in again. After logging in, I noticed that someone had taken over my account, changed my username and most likely changed my password as well. My account username is or was “Aria_l.8”. I use this account in Nigeria and it is linked to the email address adebiyis***[email protected]. I have previously spent money for this account through Codashop, around 10,000 naira in total. I am very worried that someone else is now using my account and any balance or items connected to it without my permission. I do not know how to contact Zepeto support directly in the app or on the website, so I have not been able to get any help until now. I kindly request that my account be recovered and secured, that access be returned to me as the rightful owner, and that any unauthorized changes be reversed. I also ask you to check my account history and protect any purchases or balance linked to this account. Please help me regain full access to my Zepeto account as soon as possible and inform me of any steps I need to follow to verify my ownership.
