I Paid with Papara on Codashop but Didn’t Get the Product or a Refund
I made a payment through Papara on Codashop, and although the amount was deducted from my account, the transaction is marked as failed. The payment details are as follows:

It has been 4 days, and I’m still waiting. I either want the product I paid for or my money back immediately.
Codashop’s response has been completely unacceptable. They claim the product has already been delivered as a code, but I received nothing. There is no code, no confirmation, and no working customer support to actually solve the issue.
This is not just disappointing—it’s outrageous. I have all the evidence of payment, and yet I’m being treated like I don’t exist. If I don’t receive either the correct product or a full refund of my ₺, I will escalate this issue and file formal complaints.
Codashop, you need to stop ignoring paying customers. Fix this now.
