Codashop Failed Mobile Legends Transaction

I bought diamonds for Mobile Legends through Codashop not too long ago. The payment went through, but the gems never showed up in my game. The status of the transaction still says "payment pending," nevertheless. The number of my order is 777443925052153856. This problem is really annoying because I followed the steps to buy the item and anticipated it to be delivered right away, as promised. It's not okay to not get the things you paid for, especially if it's a digital product that should be supplied automatically. I have tried to get help from support, but they haven't been able to help me yet. I need Codashop to look into this failed transaction right now and either give me my diamonds or give me my money back right away. I'm publishing this so that other players who might have the same problem know about it. Codashop needs to make its transactions more reliable and its customer service more responsive.
