Coca Cola Distributor Is Disrupting My Deliveries

We are a growing restaurant brand with nine branches across Istanbul, and we’ve been facing serious and ongoing supply problems with Coca-Cola’s local distributor for the Kadıköy region, 'Global İçecek Satış Dağıtım San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.' This distributor delivers only at its own convenience, with no fixed schedule, system, or accountability. Delivery decisions are made solely at the discretion of local managers, resulting in repeated operational disruptions. On one occasion, they issued two invoices for a single delivery—one for a previous order that was never fulfilled, and one for the current one. When I asked them to cancel the outdated invoice, they claimed they couldn’t identify which invoice belonged to which week. To make matters worse, they stated that unless both invoices were paid the same day, my current order wouldn’t be delivered at all. This is unacceptable, and not the first time it's happened. The same manager frequently finds excuses to delay or skip deliveries, leading to regular stock shortages. Imagine having to tell customers at a busy central Kadıköy restaurant that we’re out of Coca-Cola—not due to demand, but because of supplier negligence. Although we are contractually obligated to work with Coca-Cola, this local distributor behaves as if we have no rights—operating arbitrarily and unprofessionally, with no regard for our business needs. Coca-Cola is a globally respected brand, but this kind of local misconduct damages its reputation and undermines our trust. We demand immediate oversight and resolution. If this issue continues, we will escalate the matter through legal and consumer protection channels.
