Coca Cola Failed to Deliver the Cabinets and Supplies I Requested for My Cafe
We requested cabinets and supplies for our newly opened café through the Coca-Cola distribution company. While they promptly delivered the first batch of goods and left them at our café, three months have passed and we still haven’t received the cabinets or the remaining items. The distributor on the Anatolian side, Dönüşüm Meşrubat San.Tic.Ltd.Şti., has been a complete fiasco. From employees to managers, no one seems to understand their job, care about customers, or provide any solutions. Imagine a manager who excuses his absence by saying he had a flat tire. The employees complain about their managers, and the managers complain about their employees—I truly don’t know what I’ve gotten myself into. I haven’t been able to reach the company owners, and if they’re satisfied with this level of service, then so be it. I also tried resolving the issue through Coca-Cola Turkey, but that was even worse. For two months, they kept me in limbo with polite but empty promises like, “Of course, sir, we’re looking into it right away.” Nothing got solved. I had only one request: “I want to buy cabinets and supplies.” If the answer is no, just say so. But there’s no communication, no follow-up, and clearly no concern. In the end, I handled it myself. Apparently, no one is in need of anything in this country. If you want to sell something, you need customers. But somewhere along the way, that truth got lost.
