Cloudex Crypto Delays Account Verification and Restricts Transactions

Although I have completely submitted my Cloudex Crypto identity and address verification documents, my account verification process has taken far longer than the normal period, and this has resulted in transaction restrictions on my account. I find it unacceptable that the verification has not been completed despite providing all the requested documents in full. I formally request a clear and official explanation regarding the current stage of my verification application and the concrete reason for this delay, and I expect my account verification process to be completed as soon as possible so that the transaction restrictions are lifted.
