Cloudex Blocked My Funds and Asked for More Deposits
I have been using Cloudex hosting services, and on February 12, I experienced a serious data loss on my hosting account. This incident not only affected my hosted project but also caused me a financial loss exceeding 10,000 USD. Due to this situation, a significant amount of money in my account has been blocked, and I have not been able to access it. My Cloudex account number is 12964125. Since the incident, the responses I have received from the Cloudex side have been extremely worrying. Instead of providing a clear solution or explanation about the data loss and the blocked balance, they constantly make excuses, misdirect me, and request that I deposit money in order to be able to withdraw my own money. This way of communication and these demands make the situation look like a scam method and severely damage my trust in the company. As of now, my financial loss has exceeded 10,000 USD, and despite all my attempts, I have not obtained any concrete results from customer support. I request that Cloudex urgently investigate this situation, unblock my balance, and refund my total loss exceeding 10,000 USD. I also expect a clear written explanation about why my data was lost and why I was asked to deposit money to withdraw my own funds. I request that this matter be resolved immediately and that all my financial losses and blocked amounts be fully compensated without any further demands for additional payments from me.
