Honey Pop Creamy Lip Gloss by Clinique Cancelled for No Reason at All
I bought the Clinique Pop Plus Creamy Lip Gloss in Honey Pop from the official Clinique seller on the N11 website on the evening of November 8, 2023. I bought it for 233 ₺ using a 40 ₺ voucher that I had in my account. Last night, they told me that my order was confirmed and would be shipped soon. But, they canceled my order the next morning. This discount wasn't a right-away deal but was up for grabs for around 4 hours. If there was a mistake, it should have been fixed in about 30 minutes to an hour. So, I think this wasn't a mistake. I want my product delivered quickly or I want a voucher to buy the product again at the same price. If the brand doesn't give me a solution, I'll reach out to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which I've already done. I hope that a well-known brand deals with this problem.
