Clinique Order Not Processed, Refund Delayed for Over 10 Days
On September 8, 2024, I made a purchase worth 1,965 TL on the Clinique website. Although the amount was deducted from my card, the order was never created. When I contacted customer service, they assured me a refund would be processed. However, it’s been over 10 days, and my bank confirmed that no refund has been issued. I reached out again, explaining that I used reward points on my card, which may expire soon due to the delay, causing further loss. Clinique’s customer service continues to stall, promising it’ll be done "soon." I urge Clinique to expedite the refund, as this delay is unacceptable.
