On November 7, I placed an order from Clinique (order number 6712537820) worth 4065₺, which was shipped via Kolay Gelsin. Despite not receiving the package, I got a message on November 11 stating, "Your package has been delivered to S… Ü… (me)." However, I was out of the country on that date and couldn’t have accepted it.
I returned home on November 12 and immediately reported the issue to Kolay Gelsin. The next day, November 13, I contacted Clinique to inform them as well. Despite calling Kolay Gelsin daily since then, I have received no updates or resolution. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate investigation and either the delivery of my order or a full refund.
