The Clinique Moisturizer Order Is Missing Its Seal
After placing an online order for a Clinique moisturizer, I discovered that it did not come with the plastic seal or the protective sticker. It is extremely frustrating that this incident occurred, especially when one considers the fact that Clinique products are more expensive than other cosmetics. I made an effort to get in touch with customer service, but I was unsuccessful. There is a lack of information regarding the product, such as an expiration date. When it comes to sensitive skin, individuals who rely on clinically tested brands are the ones who turn to these brands; however, it appears that they are not particularly attentive in the retail business. I respectfully request that my message be forwarded to the individuals who are responsible for this matter. I am grateful to you.
Dear Consumer, Our company only brings fresh products to our retail stores and authorized e-commerce channels. Unopened products have a shelf life of at least 30 months under normal usage conditions, provided they are not exposed to extreme heat or cold. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us regarding the product you purchased. Although not all Clinique brand products have a protective seal, some do. During the packaging process, whether or not a protective seal is included depends on the specific product and formulation. You can be assured that the final packaging presented to consumers complies with international safety regulations and has passed our own high-level hygiene and microbiology tests throughout its preservation and usage period. If your concerns about the product persist, you can reach our call center. Sincerely,
Hello, first of all, thank you for your response. It is not possible for me to provide positive or negative feedback without using the product. However, packaging and protective tape are very important for every product, so please provide an urgent solution regarding that. Thank you for your attention.
Thank you for the quick feedback.
