Clinique Sent Wrong Moisturizer Without Lid, No Response Received
I purchased a Clinique moisturizer through Trendyol's authorized seller, expecting the same product I had previously used and loved from Clinique's official store. However, the product I received was completely different. The moisturizer was cream-based, lacked an inner lid, and did not match the gel-form product I ordered. I reached out to the assistant, who assured me I would receive a response within 24 hours, but no one has followed up.
The product I ordered had a protective inner lid and was in a gel form, which I found highly effective. Instead, I received a subpar item that does not meet Clinique's quality standards. I demand a resolution and replacement with the correct product immediately.
