I received my order number 2503191842 on November 13, 2023, and noticed that the Clinique Almost Lipstick - Black Honey Mini was broken. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via phone and email, I have not received any response or compensation offer.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I will never choose this brand again. I recommend that others stay away from it as well. Thank you.
