My Discounted Clinique Pop Plus Creamy Lip Gloss Order Was Canceled
I bought the Clinique Pop Plus Creamy Lip Gloss in Black Honey Pop for 233 ₺ on August 11, 2023, using the N11 app from the Clinique seller. Even though the product was available for hours, I received an email on 09/11/2023 saying that my order was canceled. They didn't give any reasons for the cancellation. This situation is really inconvenient for us consumers and it makes us lose trust in online shopping. I want the product to be delivered to me again at the same price. I already submitted a complaint to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Center, and I included some images as well. If you deliver the product to me, I'll drop my complaint. If the dispute resolution center doesn't accept my request, I'll go to the Consumer Court, which is the next level for resolving disputes. If I end up losing the legal dispute, I'll have to pay 10% of the price of the product as a consumer. But if you lose and I get a lawyer to settle the disagreement, you'll have to pay for the lawyer's fees too. Just so you know, I studied law for a specific reason.
