Unauthorized Cancellation of Clinique Pop Plus Creamy Lip Gloss Order
I bought a Clinique Pop Plus Creamy Lip Gloss in the shade Black Honey Pop from your company on November 8, 2023, at around 9:57 PM. I made the purchase through N11. I saw that this product was available until 11:58 PM.
But then, I got a notification saying that you guys canceled my order, even though I didn't ask for a refund or exchange during that time. I'm really upset that my product got canceled without me asking for it. It's put me at a disadvantage.
I thought your company would have done what it takes to prevent these situations and make sure customers are happy. It's really important to make sure that any changes in inventory are updated promptly and accurately. This helps avoid any negative impacts on customers, like myself.
I want you to fix this situation and get rid of the disadvantage I have. I want the product to be shipped quickly or I want a voucher to buy the product again at the same price. The 40 ₺ voucher they gave me won't make up for the disadvantage I have.
Please give me feedback on this as soon as possible and let me know how we can resolve this situation.
