I Paid $200 for Claude Max Plan but Features Do Not Match Claims

Today, I purchased the Claude AI Max plan for approximately $200. However, shortly after starting to use the service, I realized that the features provided do not match what was promised during the purchase process. In terms of performance and functionality, the service falls far below the expectations set in the promotional materials. I believe the price I paid is not justified by the quality of the service. In fact, there is virtually no noticeable difference between the free version and the Pro or Max plans—this feels like a complete waste of money.

Many of the features advertised as part of the Max plan were either not accessible at all or did not perform at the level described. Within a very short time, I experienced clear dissatisfaction with the service.

I request that a clear and reasonable explanation be provided promptly and that my dissatisfaction be addressed. I also demand a full refund of the approximately $200 I paid for the Max plan, credited back to my credit card.

If my request is not resolved within a short time, I will initiate a dispute and chargeback process through my financial institution and credit card provider. I expect this matter to be handled quickly and transparently without unnecessary delays.
