I Was Charged but Claude Pro Subscription Not Activated

Today, I purchased the Claude AI Pro plan using my debit card. Although the payment was successfully processed and I received a payment confirmation, my account still as “Free,” and my Pro subscription has not been activated at all. The system only shows the payment, but the subscription itself remains inactive.
Since I could not find any contact information, support email, or live chat option on Claude’s website or app, I have been unable to report the issue directly or request assistance. As a result, my problem remains unresolved and I am unable to access the service I paid for.
I request that my Pro plan subscription, which has already been paid for, be activated on my account as soon as possible and that the inconvenience I have experienced during this process be properly addressed.
