I Pay for Claude Pro and Max but Hit Limits After 10 Prompts

4

I am both a Claude Pro and Max user. I paid approximately $23 for the Pro plan and around $20 for the Max plan, yet despite these payments, I find the usage limits extremely insufficient. Especially when using models like Sonnet and Opus, the limits run out very quickly—I hit usage caps after just 10–15 prompts and then get blocked for several hours. Although the system resets limits every 5 hours, the limits are so low that the service becomes practically unusable.

This issue has been ongoing since January 6, and I strongly believe the service is not worth what I paid. Users who pay for Pro and Max plans should be given significantly higher—almost unlimited—usage rights, but instead, the system imposes very restrictive limits.

Moreover, this is not just my personal experience. Many users share the same complaint. On the Claude Discord server and other platforms, numerous people are expressing frustration about how quickly the limits are reached and how difficult it is to use the models efficiently. It is clear that overall user dissatisfaction is increasing.

As a user paying from Turkey, I request that the usage limits for Pro and Max subscriptions be significantly increased. Especially for users paying higher fees, more flexible and reasonable usage allowances should be provided. I expect a fair and user-focused limit policy where we can truly receive value for the money we pay.
