Citroen Damaged My C5 Aircross Tire at Service and Failed to Fix Collision Detection
On December 23, 2024, I left my 2024 model Citroen C5 Aircross at Öztek Adana Citroen Authorized Service for a collision detection fault and a 15,000 km maintenance. However, the events during this process have severely damaged both my confidence in the safety of my vehicle and my trust in your brand. Despite my car being in the service center for two days, the issue was neither identified nor resolved, and furthermore, one of my car’s tires was damaged while in the service center. The service representatives could not provide any explanation for how this occurred but stated that the tire would be replaced free of charge. The main concern, however, is the uncertainty of how this damage happened and whether it may have caused additional problems with my vehicle. It is unacceptable for a vehicle to sustain such damage while in the custody of an authorized service center. Who can guarantee that there hasn’t been similar negligence in another part of my car? Such an incident raises serious concerns regarding vehicle safety. Simply replacing the tire is not a solution; it is merely a superficial fix. I demand full acknowledgment of the damage done to my vehicle, a detailed inspection of all aspects of the car, and a written guarantee that no other issues have arisen. I want to make it clear that I will closely follow up on this matter and, if my demands and expectations are not met, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, initiate legal proceedings, and pursue all my legal rights to the fullest extent. To avoid further damage to your brand's reputation, I request that this matter be handled with the necessary care and that I be contacted promptly with a resolution.
