Citroen Authorized Service Damaged My C4X During Routine Maintenance
I took my 2024 model Citroen C4X, which I bought brand new and is only 9 months old, to the Ankara Etimesgut Otosay Citroën Authorized Service Center for its 15,000 km routine maintenance on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, with a scheduled appointment. After registration at the service, my flawless, scratch-free vehicle was handed over, only for a staff member to crash it into a wall within the service area, causing rear-end damage. How can someone drive a customer's entrusted car so recklessly in such a narrow space—especially when the car is equipped with both parking sensors and a rear-view camera? The response from the service manager after the incident was simply, “Accidents happen.” No, sir—they don’t, not like this. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from an authorized service center. I regret not choosing a different service. Can you believe it? You leave your vehicle with a so-called trusted service center in a major city like Ankara, and they crash it into a wall. Thankfully, I was there and witnessed it. If I hadn’t been, they would have repaired the damage without saying a word and returned the car as if nothing had happened. Ankara Etimesgut Otosay Citroën Authorized Service is unbelievably unprofessional. I made a mistake by going there, and I’m writing this so others don’t make the same one. Don’t waste your car, money, time, or effort.
