Citroen C5 Aircross Çetaş Service Scam
I brought my Citroen C5 Aircross, which I bought brand new in September, to the Çetaş dealership in Izmit for some routine maintenance. I was notified about a promotion because I had utilized their service within the past year. They are now providing two prepaid maintenance services. Today, during my second maintenance visit, I was informed that the prepaid service had a mileage limit of 30,000 kilometers. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide the service for free or offer a refund for the previous payment. Of course, I turned down the service. I will begin the legal process by reaching out to the appropriate authorities. This can be classified as unjust enrichment. In addition, the service representative tried to persuade me to purchase an additional maintenance service under the same policy. When I brought this to their attention, they remained silent. This dealership has consistently mistreated individuals. I will also submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Court.
