I just purchased a brand new Citroën E-C4 X today from T*** Citroën dealership**, and within 30 minutes of delivery, I had to take it straight to the service center due to multiple issues.
The left front speaker is completely non-functional, and the left front door speaker produces very low sound.
The glovebox lid does not close properly.
At the service center, they simply dismissed the glovebox issue as a “common problem” instead of addressing it properly. How is this acceptable for a brand-new vehicle? The dealership was very strict about taking full payment upfront, yet they are now trying to downplay or ignore these clear defects. I refuse to accept this lack of accountability and demand a proper resolution immediately.
