Citroen Left My EC4X Unrepaired for Weeks After Minor Crash

My Citroen EC4X was involved in an accident on 05.05.2025 and was towed to the service center the same day. As of today, 26.06.2025, there has been no progress on my vehicle. I have received no information about when the repair will begin, when the parts will arrive, or when the vehicle will be ready. I’ve been left in a very difficult situation and would at least like to request a replacement vehicle until mine is repaired. However, the dealership directs me to Citroen, and Citroen redirects me back to the dealership. There’s a constant lack of accountability. Please think twice—no, think five times—before buying a Citroen and plan accordingly. I’m also sharing a photo of the accident to show how minor the damage actually is.
