On December 15, 2025, I purchased the Hugo Boss Bottled Elixir perfume from the Sephora store located in Cevahir Mall. This was the second bottle of the same fragrance that I had purchased, but I immediately noticed that this product was definitely not the same as the one I had used before.

The scent is extremely weak, and its longevity barely lasts even one hour. My previous bottle provided all-day performance, whereas this product almost completely disappears shortly after application. Because of this major difference in quality and performance, I started to suspect that the product may be counterfeit or seriously defective.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted customer service on December 16, 2025. On December 17, 2025, I received a response informing me that I should bring the product back to the store for inspection.

On December 18, 2025, I returned the perfume to the Sephora Cevahir Mall store. The product had only been sprayed four times and still even had its original wrapping on it. The store staff filled out a form and informed me that the product would be examined. However, since that day, I have not received any update, response, or information regarding the inspection process.

I request that Sephora replace the Hugo Boss Bottled Elixir perfume with a 100% authentic product that performs the same way as the original bottle I previously used.

If this cannot be provided, I want the product return to be accepted and the full amount I paid refunded to me.

I expect a prompt update and a proper resolution regarding my complaint.
