Hugo Boss Alive Perfume From Sephora Has No Lasting Power

On December 6, 2025, I purchased the Hugo Boss Alive perfume from the Sephora store located on Tunalı Hilmi Street in Ankara. Before purchasing the product, I tested it in the store, but naturally it was impossible to fully understand its real performance at that moment. During the sale, it was specifically emphasized that the perfume had strong performance and that it was an Eau de Parfum (EDP).

Since December 9, I have used the perfume several times, and every single use has resulted in the same disappointment. Even though I apply the product correctly, its longevity is almost nonexistent. Despite spraying it approximately 10 times, I notice that the scent completely disappears within about 10 minutes.

The perfume absolutely does not provide the level of longevity and performance expected from an EDP fragrance.

For this reason, I consider the product defective. I have not yet separately contacted the store or Sephora customer service, and I am seeking a resolution through this complaint.

I request either a return and refund for the Hugo Boss Alive perfume or an exchange for a problem-free product with genuine lasting performance. If necessary, I can also provide the purchase receipt or invoice.
