Dior Sneakers Develop Severe Yellowing on One Shoe After Just 5 Months

In January 2026, I purchased a pair of men's sneakers with a gray patterned upper and white soles from a Dior store in Miami. Approximately 5–6 months after purchasing them, the rubber section and sole of the right shoe began to turn severely yellow. The left shoe has not developed any such issue. The fact that the discoloration is limited to one shoe is not only visually unpleasant but also unacceptable for a product at this price point.

When I reported the issue to the Dior store/workshop where I purchased the shoes, they told me that the problem was not their responsibility and refused to take responsibility for it. I believe that a product I paid a high price for developing this type of deterioration on only one side within such a short period may indicate a manufacturing or material defect.

I request that my shoes be inspected to determine whether there is a manufacturing defect. If my complaint is found to be justified, I request a replacement or refund and appropriate resolution for the inconvenience I have experienced.
