After arriving at Istanbul Airport (IGA) on a recent Air Montenegro flight, I retrieved my luggage only to find one of the wheels completely broken. This isn’t the first time I've faced mishandling—on a previous trip, my suitcase cover had been entirely removed and tossed beside my bag without any care.

As someone who travels frequently, I’ve noticed a pattern: my bags are consistently returned damaged. It's extremely frustrating that a company entrusted with the safe transportation of passengers and their belongings repeatedly fails to treat luggage with basic care.

This level of negligence by the ground crew and baggage handlers is unacceptable. I strongly urge Air Montenegro to compensate me for the damage caused and to ensure better training and accountability for baggage handling staff moving forward. This pattern of mistreatment must stop.
