Unauthorized AmoreFlames Subscription Charge Appeared on My Chime Account
Today I noticed an unauthorized charge of $24.99 on my Chime account from amoreflames.com. I did not approve, authorize, or knowingly initiate any payment or subscription with this company and I am extremely dissatisfied and angry about this situation. I immediately contacted Chime regarding this transaction, and they informed me that I needed to reach out to you directly. I am making it very clear that this charge is unauthorized and I do not consent to any use of my card information by your company. I am requesting an immediate full refund of the $24.99 charged today and the cancellation of any account, profile, or subscription that may have been created in my name or with my card details. I also expect written confirmation that my payment information has been removed from your systems and will not be used again without my explicit consent. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to take further action to protect my rights.
