No Sympathy From Chewy.com Online After Losing My Cat
For years, I relied on them for Bella, my sweet cat who needed a special diet. When we added a new furry friend - a playful kitten - last year, our orders doubled. Sadly my first pet was diagnosed with kidney failure, and we purchased all her medications through chewy, sadly, last week on June 10th, just shy of her 8th birthday, we had to say goodbye to her… called Pet Supplies Online to cancel her medications. I'd heard from friends who'd lost pets these kind of platforms often sent flowers or a small token of sympathy. There was nothing for us, not even a quick email.I guess they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge all those years of loyalty.
