Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Repair Part Order Canceled After Month-Long Wait

A month ago, I reported a malfunction with the carpet head of my Dyson vacuum cleaner via a video call. The customer service representative acknowledged the issue and created a record, informing me that a replacement part would be shipped. I subsequently received an email confirming the order.
After waiting for a reasonable period, I contacted Dyson again to inquire about the status of the part. They informed me that the part was out of stock and would arrive in the first week of April. However, today is April 20th, and I received an email stating that my order has been canceled due to ongoing supply chain issues.
This is an unacceptable situation. Dyson prioritizes allocating resources to influencer marketing and sponsorships instead of ensuring adequate part availability for their customers. This disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning.
I intend to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities on Monday as a first step toward seeking a resolution.
