Chewy.com Sent Wrong Meds, My Pet's Health Suffers

I ordered my first prescription from Chewy.com, convinced it will be easy as this is their main job, pets and feeding them, yet I got the wrong medicine because they messed up my prescription. unfortunately, my animal friend isn't responding to the medication, and now I have to go through all this trouble just to get it resolved. You name it—the amount of calls, emails, etc., is ridiculous. My pet's health was seriously impacted by this mix-up. I’m sad because all pet owners know that when it comes to the well-being of our beloved pets, no one has the patience for mistakes like these, of course, I’ll be avoiding ordering important stuff from them in the future. Suggest you all the same as well.
