You name it—the amount of calls, emails, etc., is ridiculous. My pet's health was seriously impacted by this mix-up. I’m sad because all pet owners know that when it comes to the well-being of our beloved pets, no one has the patience for mistakes like these, of course, I’ll be avoiding ordering important stuff from them in the future.
