Deliveries From Chewy.com Ends Up Left On Street, Soaked Pet Food

For months, I used them for everything, food, toys, the whole pet supply shebang, whatever you can think of… their delivery service tho just played with my nerves. My house is very close to the sidewalk, delivery guy kept leaving my packages right on the street, completely exposed. first time it happened, called Chewy, fuming. They promised next will be in my yard, two days ago, same spot, same mistake. Only this time, it was I'm worried about the food itself getting ruined or moldy. Chewy promised they'd fix the delivery issue, but clearly, those promises went out the window. What am I supposed to do with a big bag of unusable pet food? I’ll stop ordering from them for sure.
