Zynga Wrongfully Banned My Account Even Though I Did Nothing Wrong
My Zynga account was unfairly banned, and I’m extremely frustrated because I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was simply playing the game as usual—in a partnered match—when suddenly my account was suspended. I don’t understand how I’m being punished for someone else’s actions.
If another player is violating the rules to help their friend win, how is that my fault just for being their opponent? I wasn’t part of any cheating or misconduct. I was just playing normally and now I’ve lost access to my account for no valid reason.
This is completely unjust. Zynga should be reviewing individual actions, not banning innocent players caught in the crossfire.
Zynga, I demand my account be reinstated immediately. You’ve banned the wrong person, and this needs to be corrected without delay. Please investigate properly and stop penalizing players who are simply trying to enjoy your game fairly.
