Chery Tiggo7 Pro Tax Payment Issue

I purchased a Chery Tiggo7 Pro from Park Plaza Yenibosna dealership. Upon checking, I discovered that the first installment of the MTV (Motor Vehicle Tax), which should have been paid by the dealer, was unpaid. I immediately contacted the dealership about this issue.
Despite repeated assurances since I bought the car that the payment would be made, no action has been taken. Due to the delay, penalty interest is now accruing on the unpaid tax.
The dealership's failure to fulfill their obligation is causing me unnecessary stress and potential financial burden. If I cannot resolve this issue with the dealership soon, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Court.
This situation is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in purchasing the vehicle. I expect the dealership to take immediate action to rectify this oversight and cover any additional costs incurred due to their negligence.
