Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Sunroof Makes Noise & Navigation/Bluetooth Disappear

I purchased a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro in April 2024, but I have been experiencing several frustrating issues. The most annoying problem is that the sunroof makes excessive noise. On rough roads and even at low speeds (around 20 km/h), the car rattles loudly, making the ride extremely uncomfortable.

Additionally, the navigation and Bluetooth system randomly disappear from the screen without warning. When this happens, I cannot access either function, and the system does not recognize them. This issue occurs frequently, making the built-in features unreliable.

I expect Chery to take responsibility and provide a proper solution! A vehicle at this price point should not have such quality issues.
