Chegg.com Charged Me For Two Orders But Canceled My Membership
I spent a total of 408 TL on two items from Chegg.com on February 5, 2022, but my membership was canceled just 10 minutes later. They charged me 204 TL for each of the two items, but they didn't give me any service. I want my money back as quickly as possible. I have the receipt to show that I paid for the app, and when I tried to use it again, it asked me to pay again. I want Chegg.com to keep its promise to its customers and give me my money back quickly. The way I feel about the company has changed because of this, and I hope they can fix the problem quickly.
