Chegg Subscription Purchase Problem
I just joined Chegg, and on May 4, 2023, they took 204.41 TL out of my account and canceled my membership in 15 minutes. But I haven't gotten my money back yet. When I talked to their support team, they said they hadn't received the payment, but I can see from my bank statement that the money has been taken out. Even though I showed proof, such as my bank statement, Chegg hasn't refunded me yet. I want my money back as soon as possible. This is frustrating and disappointing because I was looking forward to using Chegg's services, but their bad customer service makes me feel cheated. I hope that this problem can be fixed soon so that I can get the money.
