CFMOTO NK250 Warranty Battle and One Year of Repairs Delay

The customer service representative called two weeks ago just for show. As if I hadn't uploaded the documents here, they requested the decision documents from me and said they would get back to me after the law firm reviewed them. Since then, neither my calls have been answered nor have I received any response. I've never felt so humiliated. I am literally being treated as if I don't exist. No matter where this goes, I will pursue it to the end. Even if I have to spend the equivalent of five motorcycles, I will definitely hold them accountable for this ridiculous attitude! Even if I have to spend the rest of my life ensuring this simple issue is resolved correctly! Let my situation be an example to anyone considering buying a CFMOTO. Absolutely do not buy it. This distributor is clearly trying to wear people down with stalling tactics. Even if it takes 30 years, that motorcycle will stay in that service center, and I will resolve this issue according to the decision of the judicial authorities on my behalf. But to my friends using this brand, good luck. They will experience the worst times of their lives when they have to rely on the warranty. I am filing my material and moral compensation lawsuits in these processes. I can't endure this disgrace any longer.

I have a CF brand NK250 model motorcycle that I take care of well. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the transmission, but the dealer, Ugur Motor Vehicles, said it was out of warranty and that it was my fault. Frustrated, I went to court, and the judge said that the repair should be free. My bike has been waiting for repairs at the service center for a whole year, but the distributor hasn't done anything. It's hard to get in touch with them by phone, and they don't bother to answer my letters. I will file with the enforcement office to make sure the court's decision is carried out. This trouble with the CF motorcycles is far from over.

I received my motorcycle, with the repairs completed, on October 7, 2023. I would like to thank the Kartepe Motor ATV dealership for their patience and assistance during this process. They always maintained their cheerful demeanor and delivered my motorcycle in the best possible condition.
