Bioderma Sensibio Gel Lot Number Not Found in Naos

Through Hepsiburada, I purchased the product Bioderma Sensibio Gel Moussant 500 ml from the seller named Fermakozmetika Sağlık Ürünleri a few days ago. I am currentliny under Zoraten treatment and myi skin is extremely sensitive, so I chose this product by paying special attention to its being original and reliable. After receiving the product, I checked the number 06162 written on the packaging as the lot number via the Naos mobile application. When I entered this lot number in the brand’s own application, no result appeared in the system. The fact that the lot number does not show up in the official Naos system has created serious concern for me regarding the originality and reliability of the product. Since my skin is currently under Zoraten treatment and is very sensitive, I do not want to use a counterfeit or suspicious product. I placed the order on 1 August 2026 and paid ₺849 for this product, with order number 406 217 274 3. I request that Hepsiburada and the relevant seller provide me with a clear written statement regarding the originality of this product and, if necessary, have the product examined and share with me an explanation that will clarify the situation. If it is determined that the product is not original, I demand a refund of the amount I paid and that the necessary inspections and controls be carried out regarding this seller.
