Failure to Start Engine on CFMOTO 250 SR

I'm having trouble starting my CFMOTO 250 SR motorcycle, which only has 8000 kilometers on it. When I try to start it, it makes strange noises and frequently abandons me on the road. I took it to the service center, and they informed me that they had placed an order for parts. It's been 1.5 months, and I'm still dealing with the same problem, with them repeatedly telling me that the parts are on order. They claimed they couldn't reach the factory the last time I called, but I'm still dealing with the same issue. My issue has not been resolved, and I have been waiting for parts for 1.5 months. When I attempted to contact the factory on my own, I was unable to do so. I, too, am unable to contact the service center. Who is going to solve this? How will I contact them? I'm tired of having the same problem and worrying about breakdowns while paying for it. I'm going to take this to the consumer rights board. It's time to find a solution.

How much longer will it take for the part to arrive? I'm so fed up, I can't use my motorcycle for 2 months, I'm in a terrible situation. I expect a response as soon as possible.

When I can't reach a service when I call, no matter how good it is, it doesn't even remotely justify its cost. I do not recommend it. It shouldn't take 2 months for a part to arrive; it's a disgraceful situation.

I had trouble starting my engine two months ago, so I went to the service center. They said they placed an order, but the problem kept getting worse until the engine wouldn't start at all. When I asked the service center, they said they had placed an order and that it would arrive within a week, but nothing came, and the engine didn't start. When I asked the service center again, they said they couldn't reach the dealer. It's been a month, and I still can't start my engine; it's just sitting at home. I paid so much money and haven't received any value for it. The engine has only 8000 km on it and isn't working, just sitting there like a decoration. I think it was made just for decoration. How can I reach the dealer to get information about the part? I haven't been able to ride my engine for a month, and I am extremely regretful and aggrieved. I don't know how I ended up with this brand. I paid so much money, and it's a shame that I haven't received any value for it. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue this matter to the end. It's been two months, and there's still no part.
