CF MOTO 250 SR Gear Sensor Malfunction

I bought a 250 SR model motorcycle from CF Moto, and at 2000 km, the gear sensor malfunctioned. It's been a staggering 7-8 months of waiting. Once they sent an NK250 part, and the second time, they didn't send the socket. How can this be considered service support? Where's the service, where's the customer satisfaction? They sell the brand, but lack proper service and warranty support. It seems like complaints are rampant everywhere. The service center hasn't been answering calls for three weeks now. Is there anyone responsible who will address this issue? I'm utterly frustrated and disappointed with CF Moto's handling of this matter.
