My Critical Ops In-Game Report Was Ignored

I am writing to report a severe incident of verbal abuse that I experienced today around 12:53 PM in the game Critical Ops. While playing a match in a room, a player named "Jel" used extremely vulgar language targeting God and my family values in the global chat.

We reported this player using the in-game reporting feature; however, we have not received any feedback or response so far. Allowing such severe insults targeting religious and personal values to go unpunished deeply saddens me and undermines my trust in the game.

I request that the player in question have their account permanently banned, be completely prohibited from playing the game, and face necessary administrative sanctions for these severe insults. I urge you to handle this matter with utmost seriousness.
