CFMOTO Motorcycle Needed Major Repairs Within 4K Km and Service Offers No Support
This is completely unacceptable to me. I purchased a brand-new CFMOTO motorcycle, and after only 1,500 km, I was informed that the clutch plate was already worn out. I had to shell out ₺12,000 myself since neither the warranty nor the brand took care of it. I was hesitant to agree to this, but just two months later, at 4,000 km, the service is now claiming that the engine has significant problems, and they are requesting ₺30,000 for repairs. Why should I have to spend thousands of liras every couple of months on a brand new bike I purchased? After reaching 4,000 km, I've already spent 50,000 on repairs for this motorbike, and I've received no assistance from the service or the brand. This has been a tiring and costly experience.
I initially contacted your call center, but all they said was to open a fault report and have the photos examined. What good would it do to take photos at your unhelpful service center? Even if I send them to you, you will see from those photos that a 4-month-old engine with 4,000 kilometers has done this twice, and you will see that the warranty will not cover it.
