Brand New CFMOTO 450 SR Sensor Failures & Warranty Woes
I purchased a CFMOTO 450 SR type motorcycle around six months ago. Its gear and fuel indicators on the screen ceased operating during the second week of ownership when the gear sensor and fuel float failed. The motorcycle consequently started to leak oil from the gasket. The gasoline float and gear sensor, which we had ordered under warranty, haven't shown up yet. It's leaning oil now. I have an appointment to have it taken in to the authorized service center. Though my motorcycle is only a month and a half old and has 1900 miles on it, I have taken excellent care of it, never pushed it to its limits, and never exceeded 180-190 km/h. Not even a hard ride has been had. Simply said, consider what could happen in the future if a factory-defective motorcycle is generating this many problems in just a month and a half. Invest this money on an R25 instead. CFMOTO, do act upon this review.
