CFMOTO 250 Nk Parts Delayed for 5 Months Despite Promises of Availability

I need parts for my CFMOTO 250 Nk motorcycle, including the handlebar, front brake lever, throttle cable, right front footrest, rear brake pedal, and water pump cover. I have been waiting for these parts for 5 months. The service center informed me that they would issue a refund because the parts still haven't arrived. I’ve wasted 5 months waiting for nothing. When I purchased the motorcycle, I was assured there would be no issues with spare parts, yet even for such basic components, I can’t get them, despite being willing to pay. It’s incredibly frustrating to face this kind of situation despite spending my money.
