Cerebral got off to a decent start for me—the prescriber knew their stuff and was really helpful during the medication sessions. Honestly, the service has just been really annoying. It takes them ages to get back to you, sometimes up to 48 hours, which is just too long when you need assistance. I didn’t get a clear explanation of how the insurance works, and now I’m dealing with several co-pays from sessions that took place in January. On top of everything else, my therapist totally forgot about my appointment. I attempted to set up a meeting with another person, but they canceled on me twice, both times just before we were supposed to begin.
